How to Select Right Product Series

1 .Physical form of medium

Gas

See whether the outlet is loaded, if the outlet is directly connected to the atmosphere, you can choose "C series miniature vacuum pump" or "D series dual-purpose micro vacuum pump and compressors"; if it is for application with load at the outlet, then please select "D series dual-purpose micro vacuum pump and compressors"

Gas and solid impurities mixture 

Solid impurities entering the pump cavity will damage the diaphragm and one-way valve of the micro pump. A filter must be added to the air inlet to filter out the solid impurities, and the filter should be replaced regularly

Liquid and gas mixture

"S series miniature vacuum liquid pump" can be used to transfer liquid and gas mixed media, or may transfer gas and liquid media separately at different times.

Liquid and solid impurities mixture

2.Chemical composition of medium

Air and non-corrosive gas

Our air pump products are suitable for air, common non-corrosive gases, and have good chemical resistance

Corrosive gas

Most of the pump bodies of our products are made of reinforced nylon, and the diaphragm and one-way valve are made of EPDM rubber, which has good resistance to common corrosive gases. For specific corrosive media or whether chemical reactions occur, please refer to the link Chemical Resistance Performance table. For low-concentration corrosive gas or weak chemical reaction gas or chemical composition not listed in the table, it can be confirmed by actual tests

Flammable and explosive gas

Our products do not have explosion-proof certification and cannot be used in flammable and explosive working environments

 

Pure water and non-corrosive liquids

Our air pump products are suitable for water and common non-corrosive liquids with good chemical resistance

Corrosive liquid

Most of the pump bodies of our products are made of reinforced nylon, and the diaphragm and one-way valve are made of EPDM rubber, which has good resistance to common corrosive liquids. Oily liquid

Cannot be used to transfer oily liquids or oily gases

 

3. Medium temperature

Room temperature gas

The standard product allows the temperature range of the transmission gas medium to be 0℃~50℃

High temperature gas

If it needs to be applied to the transmission of high temperature gas, the "high temperature medium type" customized product can be selected, and the temperature range of the transmission gas medium is allowed to be 0℃~100℃

Room temperature liquid
